United Indians of All Tribes is accepting resource fair applications for the 2025 annual Seafair Indian Days Powwow at the Daybreak Star Indian Cultural Center occurring

Location is for Saturday ONLY - Outside the East Entrance to Daybreak Star Cultural Center


Vendor Terms and Conditions

This application is ONLY for the Resource Fair on the Saturday of the SeaFair Indian Days Powwow on July 19th from 10am to 4pm.

Resource Fair Vendor Check in and Booth set up is Saturday, July 19th from 9am to 10am

Ben will be present to assist you in finding your location and checking-in.

  • United Indians will provide 1 8' table, 2 folding chairs, and a 10x10 canopy.
  • Keep in mind that your space is 10x10.  You will not be allowed to expand back or to the sides.  We need to provide proper access to attendees and dancers. 
  • This is an outdoor event - come prepared
  • Alcohol, drugs, cannabis, firearms, and/or fireworks are NOT ALLOWED
  • NO SMOKING CIGARETTES or CANNABIS on Pow Wow Grounds
  • Only Service Dogs are allowed on site
  • Enter resource fair vending area from the area near the Totem Pole at the North Entrance to Daybreak Star Cultural Center.  5011 Bernie Whitebear Way, Seattle, WA 98199
  • Vendor Off-Loading is limited to ONE HOUR.  
  • Parking is not provided, so you will need to off-load and park approximately 1/4-1/2 mile away. We highly recommend bringing a cart to load-out at 4pm.
  • Resource vendors are welcome to store items in the Daybreak Star Ballroom after 4pm while they enjoy the vendors/food/dancers on the Powwow grounds.
  • No sales are allowed at the Resource Fair
  • No electricity is available
  • Final decision of vendors and terms/rules is by Pow Wow Committee.

Powwow Event days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 18, 19 & 20, 2025.
