Daybreak Star Lower Level Layout

You may request a specific vending location. We will try to accommodate requests, but they are fulfilled on a first come (with payment) first served basis.

Vendor Terms and Conditions

Please note vendors must pay in advance. There will be no on-site payments accepted.

All vendors must complete this application process in order to be eligible for a vending booth.

To guarantee your vending space, your vendor application must be received with payment.  Applying to vend, but not paying for the space at the time of sign-up automatically places you on the “wait-list”.  There is no guarantee of vending space without pre-payment at the time of registration.

Vendors on the waitlist who are able to vend (only if Daybreak Star has booth space remaining) must pay booth fees in full by the 1st day of the weekend in which you are vending.  Fees not paid in advance (those added last minute to the waitlist) will be due in cash, credit card, or money order (NO Checks) by 10 am on the 1st day of your vending weekend.

Vendor load-in begins at 8 am on May 4th. Spring Art Market is a 2 day event.

Vendors may pull up to the North Entrance of Daybreak Star to unload and then must park on gravel at Powwow field unless otherwise directed.

Vendor load-out is from 4 pm to 7 pm on May 5th.

Vendors will not be allowed to load out until 4 pm to promote a positive shopping experience and the safety of our guests.

There is guest access Internet service at Daybreak Star.  The WIFI login is:
User: UIATF Guest
Password: uiatfguest

Daybreak Star will provide security on-site, but it is the vendor's responsibility to secure their items and money.  Daybreak Star and United Indians of All Tribes Foundation are not responsible for loss or theft.

1 table and 2 chairs will be provided per vendor.  Each vendor space is 8' Wide by 5' Deep.  No other tables are allowed that will increase the size of your space.  Vendors must keep all items in their designated space.

The vendor hall will be locked outside of vending hours. Everyone must leave the space at the closing of vending hours so Daybreak Star staff can secure and clean the room. There will be a 15-minute grace period to finish up at the end of the first day and leave before the building is locked down. There will not be access to items inside the vending room outside of vending hours.

United Indians of All Tribes Foundation is in compliance with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act (Act) of 1990 (P.L. 101-644) is a truth-in-advertising law that prohibits misrepresentation in the marketing of Indian art and craft products within the United States.  It is illegal to offer or display for sale, or sell any art or craft product in a manner that falsely suggests it is Indian produced, an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian or Indian tribe or Indian arts and crafts organization, resident within the United States.  For a first time violation of the Act, an individual can face civil or criminal penalties up to a $250,000 fine or a 5-year prison term, or both.  If a business violates the Act, it can face civil penalties or can be prosecuted and fined up to $1,000,000.

Under the Act, an Indian is defined as a member of any federally or officially State recognized tribe of the United States, or an individual certified as an Indian artisan by an Indian tribe.
